Terms
Short, because right now there is very little to agree to.
What signing up does
It creates an account and puts you in the queue for our founding cohort. It does not buy anything, does not commit you to anything, and costs nothing. There is no payment on this site.
What it commits us to
Getting in touch to arrange a conversation, and giving you an honest recommendation at the end of it — including “don’t spend money on this yet,” where that is the honest answer. We are a small team taking on a limited number of families, so we cannot promise that everyone who signs up becomes a client.
Who may hold an account
An adult: a parent, a guardian, or a student aged eighteen or over. If you are under eighteen, we ask for a parent or guardian’s email so they can be invited — see our privacy notice for exactly what we do and do not keep.
What we don’t claim
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of an admission, a job offer, funding, or any other outcome decided by somebody else. We say so on the homepage because we mean it, not because a lawyer required it.
Closing an account
Ask, and we close it and delete your data. Reply to any email from us or use the contact form.
These interim terms cover signing up and nothing more. This document has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel; that review is arranged as part of incorporation, and this page will be updated when it completes. Full service terms — covering the work itself, fees and refunds — will be published before we take a first payment.
